Property Walkthrough
We will meet with you to review your space and get to know your cleaning needs. Our long-time experience allows us to make sound recommendations for your business. At the end of the meeting, we will schedule a meeting to review the proposal, typically two days later.

Proposal Review Meeting
We will email your proposal to you within one day and meet in person or via video to review the proposal. During the meeting, we will discuss invoices, which are sent at the end of each month, and what types of services you would like. Additional services can be added at any point. There are no signed agreements—just simple, month-to-month services.

Start Cleaning
We can get started right away or at a later time, depending on your needs. First, we will need to pick up two sets of keys (for the crew and supervisor) or obtain an access code for your building.

Ongoing Support from Dedicated Cleaning Professionals
Expect our supervisor to visit your site at least once a month to ensure high-quality services. If there are any areas that need improvement, we will retrain the crew. We will also check in with you on a quarterly basis to see if you are satisfied with our work.
