We will email your proposal to you within one day and meet in person or via video to review the proposal. During the meeting, we will discuss invoices, which are sent at the end of each month, and what types of services you would like. Additional services can be added at any point. There are no signed agreements—just simple, month-to-month services.

We can get started right away or at a later time, depending on your needs. First, we will need to pick up two sets of keys (for the crew and supervisor) or obtain an access code for your building.
